Mr. Icenogle will discuss the layers of a security program, how to influence decision-makers to support the program, build relationships, and much more.

Meet Our Speaker

Bill Icenogle

Director for Emergency Management, Security and Safety for Women's Hospital

Bill Icenogle retired from the U.S. Navy in 2005 after 25 years of Active Duty service and landed in Baton Rouge, La. He soon accepted a position working in State Emergency management, with the Governor’s Office for Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP), as the Section Chief for Regional Support. After five years in that role, he accepted an Emergency Management position as the State Lead for PW & Engineering at LADOTD. In January of 2017, Bill accepted a position at Woman’s Hospital as the Director for Emergency Management, Security, and Safety. He holds a BA degree (with honors) from the American Military University in Emergency and Disaster Management and is a certified Louisiana Emergency Management – (Pro) from the Louisiana Emergency Preparedness Association
