Most incidental findings are communicated to the patient after their health has started to deteriorate. Join us for this incidental findings webinar as we discuss the effects they have on patients, case studies of limited follow-up, and best practices to improve the follow-up process.

Caroline Stegeman is Director of Patient Safety and has 28 years of nursing and clinical risk management experience in a variety of healthcare settings. Her expertise includes the management and handling of patient safety issues/incidents, clinical and environmental risk assessments, industry best practices and more.
