How we interact with one another in the work environment impacts the morale of the entire staff and the quality of care we give to patients. During this webinar, we discuss what constitutes disruptive behavior among staff and physicians, how this behavior impacts patient safety and staff morale, and how to discourage disruptive behaviors in the workplace.

Meet Our Speaker

Allison Rachal, RN-BC, CPSO, LHATF

Senior Patient Safety Consultant

Ms. Allison Rachal has more than 30 years of nursing and clinical risk management experience in patient care, patient safety, risk management, case management, medical malpractice claims review, quality management, and nursing administration. Her direct patient care included emergency room, behavioral health, and home health care responsibilities. She is well-versed in healthcare regulatory requirements (TJC, CMS, DHH) and industry best practices, and frequently educates and trains members on various patient safety topics. Ms. Rachal holds an ANCC Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing and is also certified as a Management of Aggressive Behaviors (MOAB) Instructor-Trainer.
