Course overview

This interactive training aims to highlight the common challenges workers face when lifting objects in the workplace. Through real-world examples and practical guidance, we will emphasize the importance of preventive measures, effective risk assessments, and proactive hazard identification. Participants will learn how to recognize potential lifting hazards, assess risks accurately, and apply safe lifting techniques to reduce the likelihood of injury and create a safer working environment.
