Violence comes in many forms. Unfortunately, dealing with violence has become more and more necessary in all areas of the healthcare industry. As healthcare professionals, we need to understand what behaviors constitute violence, along with how violence is addressed and its impact on our organization. In this webinar, behavioral health expert Monica Cooke examines different types of violence and its impact within a healthcare organization. She also addresses how to mitigate the risk of violence within your facility.

Monica Cooke has more than 40 years of experience and is a recognized expert in the behavioral health and substance abuse industries. She has worked in both administrative and executive quality/risk positions, as well as serving as an RN. She provides risk assessments and quality support for a wide range of healthcare facilities.
