Accommodations

LHATF is committed to ensuring equal access to the certification examination in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Candidates who have a qualifying disability under the ADA may request reasonable testing accommodations to support their ability to complete the exam.

To initiate this process, candidates must submit a formal written request via our Accommodations Form along with current documentation from a licensed healthcare professional that verifies the nature of the disability and the specific accommodations required.

The Certification Program Coordinators will review all requests and supporting documentation in consultation with ADA compliance guidelines. Approved accommodation will be implemented in a manner that maintains the integrity and security of the examination process.

LHATF handles all disability-related information with the highest level of confidentiality. No details regarding the candidate’s condition or accommodation will be disclosed beyond what is necessary to administer the exam.
