LHATF uses signed attestations to ensure that certificants understand and agree to certification policies. When a suspension is issued, it must be rectified within a specified timeframe to prevent revocation. Reinstatement of certification can be accomplished by a certificant by submission of compliance within the specified timeframe. The action of revocation of certification occurs when there is failure to maintain certification standards or engaging in unprofessional conduct.
