System Requirements & Scores

Use of a work computer is discouraged due to firewalls and security features that sometimes block the exam launch.
A system check will be required prior to beginning the exam.

Parameter Minimum Requirements:

Web Browsers: Chrome 72, Opera 59, Firefox 66, Edge 79, Safari 14.1
Operating System Windows: 7, macOS 10.14, Linux Webcam (optional) 640x480, 15 fps
Network Speed: 256 Kbit/s x number of test-takers observed

Pass or Fail of the certification exam is determined from a combination of an exam score of at least 80% and achievement of suspicious behavior below the acceptable level on proctoring.  Exam results will be released as Pass or Fail to the candidates once they are received and reviewed by the LHATF, which will be within 14 business days.

Results will be sent via USPS mail to the address listed on the application. Exam results will not be released over the phone or via email.
