Only certificants with active credentials will be included in the certification library on the LHATF website. For those individuals, the certificant’s name and current certification status will be made publicly available.
Certificants who do not wish to have their information displayed may submit a written request to opt out. All other certification information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without the certificant’s written permission.
